工作职责:
Job Responsibility:
1. 人员招聘:根据用人需求,选择合适的招聘渠道,绘制人才地图,组织实施候选人的面试评估和跟进,维护公司人才库,非办公室候选人的录用沟通,确保在年度招聘预算内合法用工。组织实施校园招聘,完成年度校园招聘任务。

2. 员工关系管理:新员工入职管理,包括不限于入职培训、入职手续办理、试用期跟进、做好新员工入职后的跟踪工作,协助其试用期融入公司,)处理所属工厂的 labor Issue, 参与企业文化建设,员工关怀,员工访谈,
主动离职率的控制等。
Employee Relationship Management: New employee on-boarding management, including but not limited to on-boarding training, on-boarding procedures, follow-up during the probation period, tracking new employees after their on-boarding, assisting them to integrate into the company during the probation period, dealing with labor issues in the factory, participating in corporate culture construction, employee care, employee interview, control of voluntary turnover rate, etc.
3. 员工绩效管理:在用人部门有需要的情况下,协助用人部门进行绩效沟通和绩效面谈,确保月度/年度绩效数据完整且符合绩效政策的要求。
Employee Performance Management: Assist the employing department to conduct performance communication and performance interview if necessary, to ensure that the annual/monthly performance data is complete and in line with the requirements of the performance policy.
4. 文化与沟通:通过主动与管理层、员工的互动,建立有效、多样化的渠道,保证组织中信息通畅,创造信任、健康的工作氛围,使公司文化建设和业务高速发展;
Culture and Communication:Through active interaction with management and employees, establish effective and diversified channels, ensure smooth information in the organization, create trust and healthy working atmosphere, and promote the construction of corporate culture and rapid development of business;
5. 员工发展:协助 COE 进行相关 HR 项目的落地,包括不限于人才盘点、人才发展、绩效改进、人员晋升、人员转岗等。
Employee Development: Assist COE to implement related HR projects, including but not limited to talent inventory, talent development, performance improvement, personnel promotion, personnel transfer etc.
6. 完成领导交待的其他临时事项。

任职资格 Job Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历,5 年以上外资制造型企业招聘或者其他 HR 相关经验。
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of foreign manufacturing recruitment or other HR related experience.
2. 受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规、财务会计基本知识等方面的培训。
Received training in modern human resource management techniques, labor laws and regulations, basic knowledge of
financial accounting, etc.
3. 良好的学习能力及面试技巧,招聘能力。
Good interview skill and strong learning ability, recruitment ability.
4. 成熟,正直,积极主动有激情,心态开放,能在压力下独立工作。
Mature, Integrity. Self-motivated, enthusiasm, open and can working independently under pressures.
5. 良好的人际交流技巧、团队合作精神以及亲和力,高人际敏感度。
Good interpersonal communication skills and team work spirit,kind and high interpersonal sensitivity.
6. 英语良好,英语六级优先考虑,良好的办公软件应用能力(Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT).
Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English,CET6 will be a plus, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
